Before taking Berberine GT, I was having trouble with pain in my right knee when walking up or down stairs. After taking three capsules of Berberine per day, the suggested amount, I didn't have the pain or discomfort anymore.
I was doing so well, I decided not to use as much Berberine per day and then none for a while. My aches and pains returned. Berberine GT definitely works!! I will probably never be without it again. When I first began taking it, I could tell the difference in within the second day. Also, my husband was having knee problems, as well, and back discomfort. Since taking Berberine, he doesn't have the aches and pains like he did before taking it. We are so thankful that we found out about this supplement!

Berberine works great to metabolize sugars and bring a good balance. I've used it for years now and will continue to do so. My Doctor monitors all of my levels closely and is pleased with the effect.
