  • 500 mcg vitamin B12 (from methylcobalamin)

THEY STINK

The vitamins stink really bad. They’re very difficult to swallow because of the smell. But once I got them down, I would burp the taste up all day.. The smell is so strong that when we open the cabinet where I keep them smells the moment you open it. Unfortunately these are so bad that I cannot finish the bottle so I’ll be throwing them away. Money down the drain.

It’s needed…

It stinks and tastes so badly. I absolutely struggle to take this and iron pills. But what can you do when you need it. So push water before and after and hope you don’t vomit.

Quality product w/ some caveats

I’ve used Bariatric Advantage since 2020. I started with the Ultra Multi but got tired of having to take multiple of them and switched to the Ultra Solo in 2022. My labs have always been great and I do believe this product helps with that. However, as other reviewers have noted, it is quite potent in smell and taste. Due to its potency, you must take this with food. In fact, I have to take it 10-15 min after finishing my meal b/c even taking it right at the start of the meal wasn’t allowing for enough food to neutralize the effect and prevent the intense nausea. But I do believe it’s manageable and worth it, once you figure out the best way to take it for you.
